The Problem of the Consequences of War and How It Is Reflected in the Ideological Struggle

Abstract

The prevention of war and the strengthening of peace are a problem that has troubled the minds of people for many centuries and today has become the most urgent problem of world politics, requiring a resolution that brooks no delay. The risk of war, which decreased somewhat in the middle of the last decade, increased anew at the beginning of the '80s owing to the aggressive circles of imperialism, in particular American imperialism.1
