Very limited data is available regarding the adverse events related to COVID -19 vaccination in children. This is a case report of a 12-year-old previously healthy boy with acute myopericarditis who presented on day 5 after the first dose of Pfizer COVID - 19 vaccination. Other causes of acute myopericarditis were ruled out. He was treated with non - steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and recovered fully. Abstract
