El sentido humano entre enfermera y paciente

Abstract

Este ensayo retoma la Enfermeria como una profesion de gran importancia a nivel mundial, no solo por la preparacion tecnica, cientifica e investigativa que la caracteriza, sino por aquel sentido humano que la identifica y a la vez la diferencia de todas las demos carreras formativas en el area de la salud. Sin embargo, en la actualidad surge una enorme preocupacion debido a que en el ejercicio de la labor, los enfermeros (as) se han olvidado que los pacientes, mas que instrumentos de trabajo son seres humanos que necesitan de un amigo cercano para superar la enfermedad que afecta su cuerpo y a la vez entristece su espiritu. Por esta razon se retoma la teoria de la Enfermeria Psicodinornica de Hildegard E. Peplau a fin de recordar los seis roles frol de extrana, rol de suministradora de recursos, rol de educadora, rol de !icier, rol de sustituta y rol de consejera) y las cuatro fases (Orientacion, identificacion, exploracion y resolucion], que de manera sencilla y concreta, enmarcan nuestra significativa labor en la relacion enfermera-paciente. El ensayo finaliza presentando un breve analisis de lo que una relacion de ayuda puede hacer en beneficio de la vida del paciente y del profesional de enfermeria puesto que a lo largo del tiempo se ha demostrado que esta, contribuye en gran medida al crecimiento personal del individuo. PALABRAS CLAVES: Relaciones Humanas y Comunicacion SUMMARY This rehearsal recaptures the Infirmary like a profession of great importance at world level, not alone for the technical, scientific and investigative preparation that characterizes it, but for that human sense that identifies it and at the same time the difference of all the other formative careers in the area of the health. However, an enormous concern arises at the present time because in the exercise of our work, the male nurses have forgotten that our patients, more than work instruments are human beings that he/she needs of a near friend to overcome the illness that affects its body and the time it saddens its spirit. For this reason the theory of the Infirmary Psicodinamica of Hildegard E. Peplau is recaptured in order to remember the six lists (list of strange, list of suministradora of resources, list of educating, leader's list, substitute's list and consultant's list) and the four phases (Orientation, identification, exploration and resolution) that in a simple and concrete way, they frame our significant work in the relationship nurse - patient. The rehearsal concludes presenting a brief analysis of what a relationship of help can make in benefit of the patient's life and of the infirmary professional since along the time it has been demonstrated that this, contributes in great measure to the individual's personal growth.
