A dynamic planned change involves determining what requires changes and when and how the changes should take place and be managed. The Ministry of Education in Malaysia has systematically planned the establishment of Smart Schools to ensure that the goals of its establishment and the implementation process are successful. Thus, the purpose of this study is to examine and describe the Smart Schools’ administrators’ perceptions on the process of planned change introduced in the Smart School system. The qualitative study uses multiple case study involving five Smart Schools. Data was gathered through semi-structured interviews. The sample consisted of school principals, assistant school principals, IT coordinators and subject heads. Results show that some of the administrators have positive perceptions and that they fully support the process of planned change in their schools. The administrators also faced problems when the planned change was introduced simultaneously within the same period of time. In each case, they could not decide which change should be given priority. The study suggests that the process of planned change can be implemented successfully with a well structured co-ordination within the components of the plan. Beliau pernah menjadi Penyelaras Program Khas Pensiswazahan Guru Besar dan sekarang menjawat jawatan Ketua Pengurusan Kualiti, Fakulti Pendidikan UKM Bangi, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia. Dr. Norzaini Azman ialah Pensyarah di Fakulti Pendidikan UKM. Bidang penyelidikan utama beliau ialah sistem dan governan, perbandingan dan pengantarbangsaan Pendidikan Tinggi serta psikologi pendidikan dewasa. Beliau telah menerbitkan lebih dari 50 kertas kerja pada peringkat kebangsaan dan antarabangsa dalam bidang pendidikan tinggi dan dewasa dan psikologi pendidikan. Beliau adalah Felo Penyelidik Bersekutu di Institut Penyelidikan Pendidikan Tinggi Negara (IPPTN) dan ahli kepada Standing Conference on Teaching and Research in Higher Education (SCUTREA) dan Higher Education Research and Development (HERDSA). Abstract

摘要:有计划的变革过程是一种系统的调整和重建教育组织的过程,其目的是响应人们的需求,适应不断变化的教育环境。动态计划的变更包括确定什么需要变更,以及何时以及如何进行变更并对其进行管理。马来西亚教育部系统地规划了智能学校的建立,以确保其建立目标和实施过程的成功。因此,本研究的目的是检查和描述智能学校管理者对智能学校系统中引入的计划变革过程的看法。定性研究使用了涉及五所智能学校的多个案例研究。数据是通过半结构化访谈收集的。样本包括校长、校长助理、资讯科技协调员及学科主管。结果显示,一些管理人员有积极的看法,他们完全支持他们学校计划变革的过程。当计划中的变更在同一时间段内同时实施时,管理人员也面临着问题。在每一种情况下,他们都无法决定应该优先考虑哪种变化。该研究表明,计划变更的过程可以在计划各组成部分之间进行结构良好的协调的情况下成功实施。关键词:计划变革,智慧学校,管理者,积极认知。作者简介:Mohd Izham bin Mohd Hamzah ialah Pensyarah di Fakulti pendididikan UKM博士(马来西亚国民大学)。《植物学》(1986);Ijazah Sarjana Pendidikan Pengurusan & Pentadbiran (1997);dan Ijazah dr .
