This article deals with systematic methodology for analyzing organizational culture,evolution of organizational developmentand study, critical assessment of its significance in the organizational structure. The basic definitions of organizational scholarssuch as Deal and Kennedy, Sathe, Wilkinsand Dyer, Schwartz and Davis, Pettigrew, Falcione and Kaplan, Schein are listed.
