Sample penelitian adalah masyarakat pengguna jasa layanan PT. Pos Indonesia yang berjumlah 30 orang di Kabupaten Cianjur. Mempergunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pemahaman, sikap, dan penilaian masyarakat terhadap layanan PT.Pos Indonesia.Kegunaan penelitian adalah (1).Penelitian ini berguna bagi Direktorat Jenderal Sumber Daya dan Perangkat Pos dan Informatika (SDPPI) Kementerian Komunikasi Dan Informatika RI tentang kondisi layanan TIK pada PT. Pos Indonesia; (2).Berguna bagi PT. Pos Indonesia dalam upaya meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pelayanan kepada masyarakat: (3).Sebagai bahan referensi bagi yang memerlukan hasil penelitian tentang Persepsi Masyarakat Terhadap Penggunaan TIK Pada Layanan PT.
