O Conceito de ruptura estrutural no desenvolvimento econômico regional

Abstract

This paper analy zes the concept of structural break in the regional economic development. To meet the goal a literature review was done in seeking to explain how regional economic development happens and how economies transform their sectorial structures. The processes of structural break leads into a cumulative movement in strengthening the economy forward or rewind the regions. The progress can both be stimulated by the growth of the economics activities basis for actions linked directly to the local community.
