Ministering to the Elderly

Abstract

Twelve hours of training conducted ifl two locations for clergy focused on developing linkages between organized support systems serving the aged and an informal support system of clergy. Two sets of evaluations demonstrated the usefulness of workshop content and its applicability to participants' ministries. Strengths and weaknesses are recorded; recommendations for the development of similar programs are enumerated.
