Abstract

Organizational resilience has become a hot topic in the management field, and also a key issue in practice. By using visualization tools named CiteSpace, based on CNKI database, the study analyzed 322 articles on organizational resilience CSSCI research from 2007 to 2022, in order to clarify the research context and hot spot evolution of organizational resilience in China.
