Abstract

The purpose of this article is to briefly examine the literature on domestic violence entering the workplace. The crossing over of domestic violence into the workplace can make it difficult for law enforcement agencies to address and prevent violence in general. When everyone is impacted in some way, the responsibility to improve safety and well-being is shared among all.
