Abstract

In the past decades, long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been indicated to play important roles in almost every biological process. Aging is a gradual and irreversible biological processes and associated with many human diseases. In this review, we will discuss the function and mechanism of lncRNAs in influencing the progression of aging-related diseases. Moreover, we will discuss the roles of lncRNAs in 3D genome organization.
