基于遗传算法的六角形线圈无线输电系统传输特性优化设计
采用有效的优化方法指导线圈参数的优化设计,对提高无线功率传输系统的传输性能具有重要意义。传统的线圈参数设计方法大多依靠穷举法和有限元分析来实现,存在建模复杂、耗时高等缺点。为了克服这些局限性,本研究提出了一种基于遗传算法的优化策略,该策略考虑了WPT系统对效率和功率的实际要求。首先,提出了一种直接积分方法来简化六边形线圈之间互感的解析求解过程。基于互感模型,采用控制变量法对六角线圈WPT系统的传输特性进行了深入分析。最重要的是,利用所提出的优化目标函数及其约束条件,使用遗传算法自动实现六边形线圈的多参数优化。最后,建立了500W WPT系统实验平台,实验结果验证了所提优化方法的可行性。
