Paralysies oculomotrices congénitales

Abstract

Les paralysies oculomotrices (POM) congénitales sont des pathologies rares dont la prise en charge est complexe. Nous avons décrit la présentation clinique des différentes POM congénitales, les diagnostics différentiels et notamment les différences avec une POM acquise et les syndromes de rétraction ; ainsi que leur prise en charge orthoptique et ophtalmologique.

Congenital ocular motor cranial nerve palsies (POM) are rare problem whose management is complex. We described the clinical presentation of the various congenital POM, the differential aetiologias and the differences with an acquired and the retraction syndromes. The orthoptic and ophthalmological management is reported.
