Abstract
近年来，结构性心脏病的介入治疗发展迅猛，其范围不仅限于先天性心脏病、瓣膜性心脏病，还包括多项新兴的介入治疗技术，如左心耳封堵术、经皮心肌内室间隔射频消融术、心力衰竭的器械治疗等。我国结构性心脏病介入治疗的起步相对较晚，但随着国内相关行业专家的共同努力，近年来发展迅猛，在器械研发、技术创新等方面都取得了不少成果，部分由我国自主研发的器械和技术已经逐步走向国际。在《中华心血管病杂志》创刊50周年之际，该文通过梳理国内外相关的重磅研究和重要事件，以先天性心脏病和心脏瓣膜病的介入治疗为例，展示结构性心脏病介入治疗的主要发展历程及其最新进展。.【结构性心脏病介入治疗的主要进展和进展】。
