The words inserted in the mandalas were grouped according to the dimensions present in the book Pedagogia da Autonomia by Paulo Freire. The experiences of making and presenting mandalas aroused feelings, broadened visions, fostered interdisciplinarity and dialogue, promoting the exchange of knowledge between different subjects from different backgrounds. Abstract

Popular health education (PHE) is a primary field for discussions in Public Health, as it points out ways to move away from traditional teaching.
