Eggshell variations in this study were 4%, 7%, 10% eggshell, and additional 3% of bentonite on each sample. This study used pre-experimental method and included to One-Shot Case Study model. The highest strength was found on the sample 3 ES 10%. Tensile strength of dried sand moulding reach up to 0.09 kg/cm 2 , the compressive strength of dried sand moulding reached up to 3.11 kg/cm 2 , and the shear strength of dried sand moulding reached up to 1.13 kg/cm 2 . Abstract

本研究旨在分析蛋壳作为膨润土混合材料在金属铸造工艺中的应用。在这项研究中,蛋壳的变化分别为4%、7%、10%蛋壳和3%膨润土。本研究采用了预先实验的方法,并纳入了一次性案例研究模型。强度最高的是样品3 ES 10%。干砂型的抗拉强度达到0.09 kg/cm2,干砂型抗压强度达到3.11 kg/cm2,剪切强度达到1.13 kg/cm2。根据试验结果表明,在3 ES 10%的样品下,在110℃下热处理60分钟的砂型渗透性为178.3ml/min。
