The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS software version 16 and one way ANOVA and Duncan's post hoc test. sperm in experimental groups have decreased significantly compared to the sham and control groups; but Sertoli and Leydig cells showed no any significant difference (P>0.05). Saccharin can have a harmful effects on the rate of hormone and cells, and the confirms the obtained hormonal results.
