In addition, variables of age (P = 0.019) and type of employment (P = 0.027) of clinical faculty members had a significant effect on their satisfaction with the implementation of the health system reform plan. However, the effect of other variables was not significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, the satisfaction of clinical faculty members with the implementation of the health system reform plan was at an undesirable level.
