In order to explore these areas for foreign investment, a mass real estate appraisal study for industrial lands and ports was prepared with the aim of exploitation as usufruct for specified periods. Therefore, the paper studies the Suez Canal Development Project as an economic hub; then, it focuses on the methodology that used in the real estate appraisal study which had concluded to the pricing equations for each site taking into all various aspects. Abstract
