The influence of regulatory focus theory on the sense of justice, and the influencing factors of regulatory focus were explored in this paper. This study showed that the regulatory focus of individual could be stimulated by changing self-explanatory, so as to improve the sense of distributive justice. And the sense of justice is the important factor of much important organisational behaviour. Abstract
In an organisation, the sense of justice has a significant influence on employee's performance.
