Abstract

Objective To study the dynamic blood character.of pregnant goat's uterus based on pregnant hybrid boer goats and B-ultrasound tompography. 妊娠山羊子宫内先天性腭裂胎儿的b超图像特征
目的研究血液动态特性。基于杂交波尔山羊妊娠和b超层析成像对妊娠山羊子宫的影响。方法选用杂交波尔山羊40只,年龄8 ~ 12 m,体重35 ~ 55 kg。交配日定义为0天;30 d时,B型超声检查确定山羊怀孕,并将山羊分为两组。试验组于31 ~ 42 d注射假腰果肌,剂量为15 mg/d,形成腭裂;对照组(20只)不做任何处理。妊娠60 d时,对所有山羊进行B型超声检查。结果试验组3只山羊流产;试验组17只,对照组20只。妊娠60 d时,两组其他指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论与正常妊娠山羊相比,腭裂胎妊娠山羊的子宫血流量和子宫平均流速明显增加,提示苦参碱可能具有致畸等其他功能。关键词:山羊;怀孕;彩色多普勒超声;血流动力学;杂交波尔山羊
