Abstract

The paper presents the results of a study of the development of tourism in single-industry towns of Russia, using the example of the city of Kirovsk, including the identification of factors constraining the development of the industry. The tourism potential of the city of Kirovsk is analyzed, including the dynamics of tourism development in the city, the role of the city-forming enterprises in the formation of the social and tourist infrastructure of the city, and the mechanism for supporting the tourism industry.
