Data are analyzed using factor analysis, reliability statistics, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results demonstrated that social status, suitable remuneration, and promotion have a positive and significant impact on women employees’ job satisfaction of private sector. The study creates consciousness among current and potential private companies, academicians, scholars, and women employees. Private companies will be flourished identifying the persuasive aspects of women employees’ job satisfaction in the perspective of developing country. Abstract

The aim of the research is to discover the impact of HRM practices on women employees’ job satisfaction of selected private sector in Bangladesh.
