On the changes of China’s labor force population from the data of seventh national census

Abstract

According to the data of the seventh national census, combined with the statistical data over the years, this paper studies the new situation and new characteristics of China’ s labor force population, such as the change of scale and proportion, the aging of age structure, the trend of spatial agglomeration and the change of labor force population quality, analyzes the challenges faced by China’s labor market in the future, and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
