Abstract

This article is interested the practice of an often unrecognized professional category; occupational social workers by linking it to the transformations of the world of work to which it is closely linked. Indeed, we will endeavour to understand the impact of the rationalization in the enterprise on the professional daily of these professionals, particularly on the establishment of the support relationship in the streamlined enterprise, it is to see how management practices, the flexibilization of labour relations impact the employees they accompany and permanently transform their ways of working.
