For UPT Library STAIN Kudus mindset is trying to be changed. Librarians are placed as knowledge agents for people who need information for their knowledge development and information insight. To become an agent of knowledge, librarians must be able to increase their quality to become professional person. To that end, UPT Library STAIN Kudus demands librarians to have at least 2 basic competencies namely 1. Professional competence, that is competence related to basic knowledge about information science, information resources, access information, technology, management and research and ability to provide services information and knowledge in libraries; and 2.
