Data collection included 142 assessments of environmental surfaces. For data analysis, the Pareto diagram and descriptive statistics were used through measures of central tendency.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The visual inspection identified dirtiness in the infusion pump, alcohol dispenser, and telephone.
