Abstract
The case of 20-years female patient with the diagnosis of sarcoidosis associated to fibrolamellar carcinoma of the liver is presented. Clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of these entities are exposed. The criteria of several researchers about the relation between sarcoidosis and neoplasic diseases are stood out.
