Abstract

Several territorial governments in Spain are considering inviting Cuban doctors to participate in the fi ght against the coronavirus epidemic, just as they have done in Italy and Andorra...Cuba's healthcare culture is different from Europe's, and the response to the epidemic likely would have been different if criteria were used similar to those followed in Cuba.
