The presence of synchronous lung and pancreatic cancers is extremely rare.</p><p><strong>Case series: </strong>Two patients with extensive smoking history and variable presentations were found to have simultaneous lung and pancreatic masses both lesions being different histologically and on immunohistochemical staining. Abstract
