Abstract

Tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) consist of T helper 1 (Th1) and T helper 2 (Th2) cells producing interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) and interleukin4 (IL-4), respectively. Interleukin-12 (IL-12) induces Th1 and Th2 differentiation.
