Included are conditions such as rheumatic and coronary heart disease, bacterial and non-bacterial endocarditis, dissecting aneurysm of the aorta, cardiac arrhythmias, hypertension, congenital heart disease, mitral valve prolapse, and carotid sinus hypersensitivity.
