Following concerns raised by a whistleblower regarding the statistical analysis and the reliability of the reported results, the journal initiated an editorial investigation in accordance with ethical policies. The authors were contacted and provided a response. An independent statistical expert was also appointed to reassess the methodology and data analysis. The evaluation identified significant methodological and statistical concerns that affect the validity and interpretation of the study findings. In light of these issues, the Editor-in-Chief has concluded that the reliability of the results and the conclusions of the article are compromised. The article is therefore retracted.
