Abstract

Unlabelled: This study evaluated changes in the skeletal muscle mass index (SMI) in community residents who received a photos-based dietary guidance system, personalized exercise plans, and meal photography feedback to address sarcopenia. These findings indicated a possible upward trend in SMI within 3 months.
