Abstract
This study assessed clinical and functional outcomes after pollicization for congenital thumb malformations in 24 patients. Most achieved good functional scores, although grip and key pinch strength were reduced. Outcomes were poorer in patients with associated comorbidities.Level of evidence: IV.
