Abstract

This letter reports the development of an integrated optoelectronic sensor for refractive index (RI) measurement, based on a zinc oxide metal–semiconductor–metal photodetector with electrohydrodynamic (EHD)-printed interdigitated electrodes and a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) waveguide placed on the sensor surface.
