Talar location is exceptional.</p><p><strong>Case report: </strong>We report a case of this rare lesion managed in our department. It was a 16-year-old girl who presented with heel pain at walk, without any trauma. Radiologic explorations found a pathologic fracture of the right talus due to a bone cyst. A surgical procedure was proceeded, with curettage, and bone grafting completed by a plastered immobilization. Histopathology confirmed the diagnosis of ABC. Abstract
