The concordance index (C-index) in our cohort was 0.776, which suggests that the ability of the indicators to predict the overall survival of patients with CRC in our cohort was strong.Conclusion: We found that C8orf76 was positively correlated with CDK4 in both the cohorts as well as in CRC cell lines. Abstract
