Abstract
We report the fluorescence detection of the conserved G-quadruplex (GQ) motif in Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) DNA, ensuring high specificity with minimal interference from human and non-MTB DNA sequences. The duplex-to-GQ reliable conformational polymorphism (GQ-RCP) enables its application in amplification-compatible MTB detection, offering a platform for precise diagnostic assays.
