A questionnaire is presented as a tool to support the initial assessment of organizations in accordance with NR-1. This survey can help identify and enhance control over occupational risks in the workplace, ultimately ensuring the health and safety of workers. The article concludes by underscoring the need to expand professional engagement in this field.
