We then summarize and discuss the current status and developmental trends of polymer materials in these domains. Furthermore, we elucidate the challenges faced by polymer materials in high-energy-density batteries, including issues related to stability, ion transport, processing, and system integration. Finally, we present an overview of the current landscape and regulatory considerations for polymer materials in high-energy-density lithium batteries, proposing future development directions in this field. Abstract
