Abstract
A methodology is developed for sectoral management based on monitoring the flows and volumes of information regarding the movement of material and financial resources in the Russian secondary ferrous metals market. This will enable efficient implementation of an ecosystem project related to the circulation of metals in accordance with the existing legislation.
