Abstract

Epidermoid inclusion cysts are benign lesions resulting from implantation and proliferation of epidermal elements within the dermis, often following trauma and surgery. They are rare in penile region, especially in pediatric patients. This report describes a four-year-old boy who experienced a painless swelling of the penile foreskin two years after undergoing traditional circumcision. Clinical examination revealed a mobile mass on the ventral aspect of the foreskin. Surgical excision, as well as circumcision, were performed under general anesthesia, and histopathology confirmed the diagnosis. The patient recovered after surgery, with no recurrence.
