Abstract
A new ruling in the long-running Wit v. United Behavioral Health (UBH) case has reaffirmed that United Behavioral Health (UBH) violated its fiduciary duties under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) by prioritizing its own financial interests over those of plan members.
