The purpose of this retrospective study was to evaluate the accuracy of SSIgE panel testing in diagnosing food allergies in children.</p><p><strong>Methods: </strong>Case report and retrospective study to evaluate the accuracy of SSIgE tests in diagnosing food allergies in children. Abstract
