Abstract
Angela Pack trained in London but spent most of her working life in New Zealand. She was surprised to find dentistry was mostly a male profession and there were no dental hygienists. She campaigned to change both those situations. Angela was an outstanding teacher and researcher but at the same time she found time for hobbies, especially Choral singing.
