Abstract
The authors report a retrospective case series of three pediatric patients receiving vincristine who developed varying degrees and laterality of ptosis and abduction deficits. Treatment for these patients included use of thiamine, pyridoxine, and adjusting vincristine administration. These cases add to the variability of findings and treatment of vincristine neurotoxicity.
