Abstract

This letter proposes a novel incremental input-to-state stability condition for a discrete-time leaky-integrator echo state network. The derived condition is further utilized for control design through Linear Matrix Inequalities (LMIs). The corresponding observer design LMI condition is also derived. A numerical simulation showcases the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
