In article number 2501533, Bin Li, Zhen Liu, and co-workers present a brand-new antiviral concept that integrates antivirals and vaccines for providing rapid viral inhibition and long-term prevention simultaneously. The elaborately designed photothermal nanomedicine exerts multiple antiviral mechanisms including broad-spectrum virus binding, blocking virus-cell attachment, inducing viral aggregation, enhancing macrophage phagocytosis, promoting virions lysis, and initiating immune response.
