The use of the Medina coronary bifurcation classification has led to inaccuracy by mixing non-true with true bifurcation lesions thus making reported outcome data meaningless. The use of the Movahed classification that categorizes all true bifurcation lesions in one simple category B2 lesions could have prevented this flaw.
